We are a family run business enjoying this area as much as the regular customers who return year after year. Orignially from this area we have travelled around Australia and lived in a couple of states and could not resist returning to one of the most magnificent parts of this country.

Relax and unwind, walk or fish, visit markets and restaurants - Eagle Point Cottages are perfectly positioned to enjoy it all. These two spacious, privately fenced, self contained cottages are an easy 3 hour drive east of Melbourne and were purpose built for people with accessibility needs and for 'best friends' on holidays.

There is plenty of room to park your boat & car and each cottage has a double car port. We have split system comfort, private patios, washing machines and sparkling clean cottages all modern and beautifully furbished.

Great Fishing spots only a couple of minutes away. Boat hire available with no license required in Paynesville.

Enjoy year - round sun on the Gippsland Lakes and sea.
